Johanna Dauphin’s career takes off in Italy at the old prestigious Italian fashion house Tod’s and shortly hereafter she is offered the job as Product Manager at Fendi owned by the LVMH group. Based on these experiences she decides to set up her own company in 2007. The Swedish designer with French ancestors designs luxury leather accessories and handmade silver jewelleries. J Dauphin’s designs are a mix of proper French and Italian craftsmanship and superior materials – all capturing a strong attitude of rock’n’roll.

The ambition is to create exceptional and genuine jewelleries. Several international stars, like Uma Thurman, have created great awareness about J Dauphin’s designs in the press, and recognised fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle, WWD and Harpers Bazaar have played an important role in creating the instant and promptly success. In 2008 Johanna Dauphin was awarded the “Premium Mode Award” in Berlin for Best New Accessories Designer.
