ALEXANDER WANG
The New Yorker-based designer Alexander Wang is the new star of the fashion industry. He is born and raised in San Francisco and after taking a couple of summercourses in his teens at prestigious schools of designs, such as Saint Martins in London and Otis in Los Angeles, Alexander Wang moved to New York. At the young age of 18 he allready worked for commended designers such as Marc Jacobs and magazines such as Teen Vogue and Vogue.
The style in the collections is well described as modern grunge meets American pop culture. Within few years the young designer has established himself in the international fashion industry, and is currently being praised as the new wunderkind of fashion. Especially his handbags and accessories has been hyped and seen on the it-girls of the fashion industry worldwide.
