YOUHESHE gladly accept returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. The return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.
