HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER ? 

YOUHESHE provide 14 days return - also on sale goods - valid from the day you receive your goods. Simply complete the return and enclose note in the shipping package with the goods.Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with the black return label attached to it. Once we receive the product and accepted the return, we will as soon as possible transfer bid amount to your account. We only pay back to the credit card the goods were purchased with. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to enclose the registration and account number for any bank transfer. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. Return of goods is at their own expense. 

How do I fill out return note? 
Please fill out the return insert by ticking / crossing at the product / goods sought returned and the reason for return, a transmission and a signature. 


Can I swap my item for something else? 
We like to swap for another size or color. Want to swap your item for a different product, we suggest that you return the product and then buy the other product. 

  

I have received a wrong product? 
We endeavor to supply as ordered. In case of error please contact kundeservice@youheshe.com and we will send you a return label so you can return the goods for free. Please provide name, address and contact ordrenr. at all contact.
