SOULLAND
The combination of the alternative lifestyle in the country and the contemporary city life in Göteborg and Copenhagen is the main inspiration for Silas Adler in his work as a designer.
After a serious injury put a stop to his skateboarding career in Copenhagen he established Soulland in 2002 at the young age of 17 – just to have an excuse for skipping school.
The first collection was a T-shirt line, which has since grown to a full mens collection. Without any formal design education Silas has been able to be nominated for Best New Designer in Denmark at Dansk Fashion Awards, and as The Scandinavian Talent of The Year in Sweden.
