Australian Franks was established in 2006 by Tim Garbis and Patrick Crea. As a reaction to the selection of shorts that was seen in the Australian beach culture, the duo created a line of swim shorts, which was characterized by a more classic and cultivated style. The brand creates both plain and printed swimming trunks – sometimes digital, sometimes drawn by hand.

The designs is a playful union of contemporary charm and authentic, classic design aesthetic.
